They are future leaders, creators, and difference-makers.
Our role is simply to help light the path forward — and walk it with them.
jacob and Natalie Dunkelberg
Jacob serves as Founder and Executive Director of Fostering Tomorrow, while Natalie leads operations and organizational support.
Together, they are passionate advocates for foster, adoptive, and kinship families, shaped deeply by their own family’s story and experiences.
Their son was adopted in late 2025 after spending years in foster care. Natalie herself was adopted out of the foster system at age 11, giving their family a deeply personal understanding of both the challenges and the life-changing impact of stability, support, and community.
Jacob and Natalie are also parents to a daughter and are joyfully expecting their third child in October 2026.
Foster children and vulnerable families hold a special place in their hearts, and Fostering Tomorrow was created from a desire to help children feel supported, seen, and equipped for a brighter future.

Casey serves as Treasurer for Fostering Tomorrow .
Alongside his family, he is passionate about seeing vulnerable children cared for, supported, and given opportunities to thrive.
His commitment to this mission has been shaped through both personal experiences and deeply held values surrounding family and community care.
Kathryn devries
Kathryn serves as Secretary for Fostering Tomorrow .
She brings previous nonprofit board experience and shares a deep heart for seeing vulnerable children and families cared for, supported, and encouraged within their communities.
Her experience and compassion help strengthen the mission and ongoing work of Fostering Tomorrow.
